At what age should I start using anti-aging creams?

Aging is a concern no matter how old or young you are. The earlier you start, the better your skin will look as time goes by. It is never too late, or too early, to start taking care of your skin. back to top

What if I have acne prone skin?

Our products are formulated to be suitable for all skin types. If you have acne prone skin, we recommend that you spot treat your acne prone areas (salicylic acid for sensitive skin, benzoyl peroxide for normal skin) after applying our anti-aging cream. back to top

What shipping options do you offer?

Domestic Orders: We offer free shipping on all US orders via first class mail. Delivery takes about 7-12 busines days. For a flat fee of $5, you may upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail (domestic orders only). Domestic Orders that add Rush Delivery can expect two-day service for most locations and Saturday delivery at no extra cost. back to top

International Orders: We charge a flat rate of $8 for all international orders. We ship all international orders via Priority Mail International. How fast do you ship?

Orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern time, Monday - Friday are generally shipped out same day. Saturday orders placed before 12:00 noon Eastern time generally get shipped out same day as well. This excludes holidays where the post office is closed. back to top

Do you charge sales tax?

What if I don't have a credit card?

Currently we only accept payment through Google Checkout or Paypal. However, Western Union does offers a prepaid Visa card that can be obtained without a credit check or a bank account. Is my credit card information safe?

We use Google Checkout & Paypal to process our orders. As such, we never handle your credit card information or have it stored in our files. Google Checkout & Paypal both offer protection to the consumer against fraud and their safety track record is exemplary. back to top

Why don't you use parabens in your products?

Parabens are known environmental pollutants with possible negative health side effects. Yet parabens are found as preservatives in many cosmetic and skincare products. Preservatives are what allow products to have a long shelf life, keeping ingredients fresh and active. There have been studies showing that parabens can mimic estrogen - and some estrogens are known to drive the growth of tumors. One scientific study reports that parabens were found in samples of breast tumors. While the FDA has come to the conclusion that at the moment parabens are safe, at Isabella Pelle we adhere to a precautionary principle and do not include parabens in any of our products. back to top
